The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

  • The product is not a final sale or non-returnable item, such as intimate wear, customized products, or undergarments.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging should be intact and undamaged.

  • Product name and description
  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions. Returns are processed once we receive the product in its original condition. In case the return request is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.

2. Refund Policy:

We take pride in ensuring a smooth and transparent refund process. Once your return request has been approved, we will initiate the refund process according to the following timeframes:

Refund Processing Timeframe:

Once your return request is approved, Zelzis will begin processing your refund within 5 business days. Our team will ensure that the refund is processed swiftly to minimize any inconvenience to you.

Refund Credit Timeframe:

After the refund is processed, the credited amount will be transferred to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider and bank’s processing time, the refund may be credited to your account within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that some payment methods may take longer to reflect the refund, but we will do our best to ensure timely processing.

For example:

  • If you paid using a credit card, the amount will be credited to your card balance.
  • If you paid via UPI or net banking, the refund will be credited to the respective bank account.

Please Note: Refunds are not possible if the return conditions (product unused, unworn, etc.) are not met, and the item falls into the non-returnable category.

3. Exchange Policy:

We offer an exchange option for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in new, unused, and unworn condition.
  • The item is not a part of our non-returnable or non-exchangeable products list.
  • You must contact our customer support within 7 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate the exchange request.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you the necessary instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the item is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.

Exchange Delivery Timeframe:

After the approval of the exchange request, the exchanged item will be delivered to your address within 7-10 business days. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

We recommend checking the product’s availability before initiating the exchange request to avoid any delays.

4. Important Notes:

  • Shipping Charges: For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges unless the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. In such cases, Zelzis will bear the shipping charges.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some products, including but not limited to customized items, intimate wear, and personal care products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene concerns.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with the order details and images of the damaged product. We will offer a full refund or replacement as per your preference.
  • Refunds for Offers/Discounted Products: Items purchased under special offers or discounted prices are also eligible for returns and refunds, but only under the same conditions outlined above. The refund amount will be processed as per the paid amount (i.e., after discount).

5. How to Return or Exchange an Item:
